Hate to say it, but you're fucked. F/F is unreclaimable. I think you can only cancel before the other party accepts. |

Thanks for the info ' and what if I was to pay as goods and services ? And he provided a tracking but sent magazines instead of my decks so it seems I received my package ? Still out of luck right since I can't prove it ? |

If you paid goods and services you could dispute it. Take photos, compare weights, etc and you'd prob have a good case for a refund. I'm paranoid and video opening my boxes in front of a post office employee when I deal with people I'm not 100% comfortable with, which is almost everyone. You might gets some looks from the post office employees but it's good evidence if someone sends you a box of rocks instead of decks. I never pay friends and family myself, I find it too risky. Sorry to hear you got ripped off by the way.
Afterthought: Do you have emails from the seller, etc? You may be able to open a dispute saying you were misled to use F/F and he stiffed you. Worth a shot anyway. |

You're fucked. Only use F/F with somebody you know or trust. Otherwise, pay the additional 3% + $.30 to cover the seller's cut that Paypal will take with regular Paypal.
