I've seen my avatar on here is gone with the following message on it.
"Photobucket 3rd party hosting has been temporaly disabled"
Anyone knows what the fuck this is??
To unlock my account I need to visit photobucket.com/p500 which asks for an update that costs $399 ??? wtf? |

Like many others before them they have disabled 3rd party hosting unless you pay a yearly fee.
Dropbox did a few years ago but there has been a work around until a few weeks ago.
If anyone has suggestions of other services to use that are cheap but more importantly easy and fast and reliable long term please post them. |

I've been using imgur, but I don't use it for anything more than posting images here.
Not sure what else you'll need it for, but there's no signup needed, which I like. |

I'll have to check out imgur. Photobucket hasn't worked well for the past couple years & now they want $399 a year to do 3rd party hosting. Sorry, no dice, Photofucket.

Should have looked here first  . So with Imgur, can you post photos using the app, or do you have to have a computer running? Can someone explain how to post using the app? |
