just change your ebay address to one in england!

i use:

32 Greencroft Gardens
NW6 3LU
United Kingdom

then once your bid has been accepted, just change your ebay address back to your normal address. then when you win the auction, he has that as your postal address.

the once you win, you negotiate it from there.
