i'm old. i just dont get that whole kickstarter and pledging thing.

make the book. make it appear in my local. ill buy it.

i'm too fucking old and cynical to pay money for something that doesnt exist yet.

but either way, here in Oz, Trackers were for the posers. the dudes that rode mcgills with full plastics and went over jump ramps using bicycle inner tubes to hold onto the deck. it feels kinda like buying a Richard Simmons autobiography...

just sayin'.

^^true

In '87 I was trying to put my first decent board together and had to settle on Tracker ultralites with the nylon baseplates

I wanted Indy's but they were $20 more for a set and $20 was a lot of money for me in '87

The Trackers sucked shit... I'll still buy a Tracker book though I love skate history.

The book will break in half the first time you open it. No warranty.

Interested in a review from anyone who has bought one. $50 for a book is a lot, so I want to know what I am getting!

I think it's great. Lots of photos and stories and interviews. I bought it mostly for the pics which really are good, lots I've never seen before. The quality is good, better bound than the Indy Book. It's almost 400 pages and I've been dipping in for weeks. I decided not to pay extra for one with Balma's signature, but if Peggy Cozens had signed, how could I refuse?
