-onion, grated
-garlic, finely chopped
-chillis, chopped
-ginger, grated
-rum
-ketchup
-limeleaf
-brown sugar
-lemon, juice and peel, grated.
-salt
-Dr pepper

Fry the onion, chilli and ginger on a low heat for five minutes in some butter.
Add the garlic and let it fry for another five minutes on a low heat,
After, add a small glass of rum, some ketchup, lemon-juice, grated peel, salt, lime-leaf, a little brown sugar and half a can of Dr Pepper.

LOL!!

I have some to. Not a huge fan of it though. I still prefer my cokiyaki sauce.

However, Dr. Pepper + brown sugar + spiral ham + marinated overnight will create the best fucking ham you've ever had.
