Got a few questions.
1. Do have lift off from the deck and screen?
2. What paints are you using? Nazdar?
3. Did you stretch the screen yourself?
4. Exposing the screen....Was that a bitch
peace, and excellent work
best

Yeah there is off contact other wise ink will pool up on yr board. I use ink tech, from what I've seen is pretty much the same as nazdar . I built most of my frames and stretch my own Mesh. And emulsing the screen is the hard part with curved screens, they burn like any other . If yr wanting to get into printing boards just call what ever distributor you plan on using for printing supplies and tell them what you are trying to do and they'll tell you what you need to get started, that's how I got started. They gave me their recommendations and it helped a great deal. A roll of 230 mesh and a can of black ink is all I started with and now a year later I'm printing multi color and full board single. Its fun for sure. |

I'm trying to start off with shirts first. Just to get the process down. I did silkscreening in high school and loved it. So long ago though.
I've been researching and researching. Gonna make the plunge very soon!!!
Thanks for the help!
