It's not crazy....it's called the collectors market!
As i stated It's the exact same as what we all do but with screen printed planks of ply.
I know what I paid for cars in the past but I also know what I could sell them for.
Yes, I happily fucking flipped them when someone offered me a substantial amount more for what I paid for them.
But the other difference is, I didn't do it to a group of people I seem to speak to online every day and read their comments and posts about various stuff and jibberings of shite. |

I know they're two very different things.. and I understand that's the collector's market. I was just pointing out the fact that as if $1.5M for an Italian exotic seemed like a lot of money, $3.4M for a Corvette is astounding. I realize most of them don't bring anything even remotely close to that, but those few that are rare like an L-88 or a Gran Sport or one with race (winning) history is going to be special. |
