Hey everybody,
This might have been dealt with before, but i kust can't find. So sorry if it's one of those "again" posts.
I wold like eveything there is to know about creating a graphic for a skateboard. I could have asked a few people in emails but i figured, post it here for everybody.
So here's what i think i know:
- Get a piece of paper with the board shape on it.
- Draw in black in the shape
- Scan
- ad color.
What i would like to know is the entire process before it gets sent out to printing.
What type of files do you save it to... etc.
Any help?
Thank you

I have a template from my manufacturer I can send you. It works in adobe photoshop but is made for adobe illistrator. Its an eps file. You can resize it to fit your needs. Make your design at 300 dpi(the resolution)
I think illistrator will auto seperate colors for your design but im not sure i dont have it yet. Maybe someone can inform us both.
well let me know if you have photo or illis and ill email you the template.

Im resizing it so when you get it make it like 32" long 8" or whatever your deck size it. Remember 300 dpi!
