Ok so heres what you do. You take your drawing fluid and carefully paint something on the screen with it. Hold it up to the light and make sure you didnt miss any spots. Let it dry(i used a blow dryer on the cold setting, you can also use a fan).
Once it is dry you take your screen filler and smear it on the screen. I used a squeege but when it dried i could see through in some places and had to do a second coat. Just use a paint brush and make it nice and even.Again let it dry.(fan or blow dryer speeds it up)
Now that its all dry its time to wash it out. USE COLD WATER and gently scrub the areas with the image. An old toothbrush will help. Dry it and hold it up to the light and check for spots that are still clogged. If there are some clogged areas just keep scrubbing with something that wont damage the screen.
You now have a ready to print screen.
Enjoy!
