What r u wanting to do? single color or multicolor shirts? You can get totally getto and start with a screen and ink for under $30. wanna do more advanced stuff your looking at a few hundred or if not the cash a whole lotta bullshit. you can get 4 color manual machines used for a couple hundred. U want full color production let me know. We do 24-124000 pieces. Goodluck printing.
PS: Deck printing is a whole new ballgame. If you can find a screenmaker for decks let me know. the printing is one issue. supplies are another. Concave doesnt help.

hey. email me and i will send you the details on my deck printing jig. its way cheap, works great and has a registration system. It is way ghetto tech and I think only cost me like 40 bucks to make, with a bunch of leftover wood 4 other projects. This goes for anyone else that wants the plans too, I am all about breaking the wall of silence, so if my efforts can make it easier for any other skaters I will consider it worth the while. |

Printing decks is tough. i mean it can be done andif you have the patience for it power to ya. i used to screen shirts back in the day with my own logo and let me tell you its a bitch. I have a line of boards i am getting started up locally and to be honest its mainly because this is the only way i will ever see my own name on a deck but i opted to contract the work out. it would have cost me as much if not more than it will to get a company that is set up to do this and knows how. But hey if your hard up for a hobby then keep at it it gets easier after the first 2 or 3 years. I used to cut my films by hand using an over head projector and a surgical knife before applying them to the screen. there are much easier methods now.
