I just like to give props to big companies that do the right thing.
I have a set of Sector 9 wheels. One of the wheels started 'chunking' So I hit up Sector 9 to see if this was normal ect...my son and his buddy rides this board sometimes and I didn't the wheel breaking apart while they were riding it.
Wheel;
So I got a quick response from Ken at Sector 9. He said it was fairly common and shouldn't be an issue, but since I told him my boy rides the board too, he asked for my address and said they'd send a new wheel.
Got the box within a week;
not only did he replace the wheel, but added a grip of stickers and a DVD.... |

Although I'm not the biggest fan of their buisiness model- trying to sell to both the Zumies-types all the way up to the pro race crowd, they do make a good product..... I've got several sets of their wheels, never had a problem.
Were the wheels used for sliding? |
