I can proudly do steaks. Have a family pancake recipe that's beyond, - same for a sausage recipe...but that's more a family "signature". I just like pork roasts - however you want it...just done, pull apart, etc. Just have the timing and global flavors to a T in my clay pot. |

Ribs and chesapeake bay style steamed crab. Only I have to do it with dungenouse in lieu of blues because I live on the west coast now. Not quite as good as the blues, but it's a hell of alot easier to crack and eat.
Oh and jacob, I serve it with butter, but I don't eat it with butter. |
