Tomatoes, pesto, basil, mozza and some goat cheese? Either way it looks like a killer pizza. Glad the brisket turned out.
That Indian stuff I made was great. My old lady said it was better than any Indian restaurant around here which made me feel good. I'm getting good at Indian. Next time I'm going to try to make my own naan bread as well. |

Post up the Tikka Masala recipe. I've been cooking it for years with varied luck- and I'm a picky bastard. Some good, but not perfect...have some Indian friends that give some advice, but still not quite it. Agree it's funny that most restaurants do some sort of dummed down not so good version and home is always better. One good one I made had Indian spiced cashews thrown in.
Indian Ghee butter is always in my cabinet and makes everything needing butter way better... |

I'll PM it to you. It is out of an Indian cook book I bought a few years ago. I can't get ghee here and am too lazy to make it so I just use plain old butter.
It took a while to make for the first time but I think the more I make it the easier it will be as I get to remembering how to make it and don't have to reference the cook book every five minutes. Not taking weed hits while cooking also speeds things along.
I'll try to remember to lay the recipie on you tonight. |

My kind of breakfast. I get flack from the ol' lady when I eat other things than typical breakfast fair. I'm into left over perogies, pizza, BBQ ect for breakfast on weekends. I don't eat breakfast during the week but weekends I need sustinance in the mornings. |

More Indian on the horizon for this weekend. It will be Rogan Josh (red beef curry) and Aloo Gobi (cauliflower, potatoes ect). Not sure what else yet. |
