I've been working my way through an Indian cook book. Last Sunday I made chicken Tikka Masala with coconut rice and it was bloody excellent if I do say so myself. I am my biggest critic and usually slag the food I make but the Tikka was indeed killer.
Saturday will be a BBQ burger day and home made German style potato slad so nothing special. This Sunday it will be Lamb Bhuna and a sequel to the coconut rice since I liked it so much and maybe some home made chutney.
I need to hunt down black onion seeds and mustard seed oil and have no fucking clue where to find that stuff here.
So, what are you kitchen creeps going to make? |

I "grilled" a few catfish fillets on a George Foreman grill. Pretty damn good. |
