This is a brand new 120GB I-POD Classic, totally legit brand new in factory sealed packaging.
- Why do I have a factory sealed I-POD classic for sale? -
I made a large purchase with Apple recently, they sent me this by mistake along with my stuff. I was supposed to get the 160GB Classic but Apple sent this one in error. They are shipping me the correct one. My options are this, I can ship this one back in two weeks after I get the correct order and receive a refund to my account. Or I can sell it here for what it cost me and get some money in hand which I could really use sooner rather than later.
I have full documentation/receipt of purchase from Apple for this IPOD.
I am offering it up here for $225. shipped conus. Think it cost $229 or something. If anyone would like this please pm me.

i just got a 120gb ....and i couldnt be happier......so much music n videos and i havent even filled 20gb 
plus the battery life on this is insanely long lasting
