hahaha, yeah, dont hate old man!

and all my cutlery and knife roll and everything are at my parents house. i dont bring much of value here coz the current tennant that lives in the house with us is a thief and breaks shit when he's drunk. only 8" chef knife we had in the house(which was still a piece) he managed to break the rivets out of the handle and bend the blade. asshole.

dude my first ever knives were fdick...never again.
i had the chance to bye a deck bbuutt nnnooo i had to blow my dollars on fdick...they were ruined within a coupla months(1st yr apprentice) i found the steel in the blade too hard and it was impossible to get a good edge on them.

amazingly cheapo victorinox i found to be really good and if you drop em,abuse em,it doesnt mean 200 bucks to replace a 12 incher(for fdick).they take an edge easy wich when your on a stooopid buusy service, doesnt mean mucking around forever.

another vbrand i dig the fuk out of is kuhn...japanese steel,swiss?made...ultra light and cheap.the ergonomics on kuhn are awesome(i have a callus from the heel of the knife on my finger, and i havent cooked professionally for four years)ergonomically fantastic...40 bucks for a 10 -12 incher

i dont mean to be a know it all fukhed,smokie...this is just my experience.

oh yeah...imho.

Dunno what fdick is...sounds like fucking dick or sth...

I´ve been using the Zwilling J. A.Henckels Twin Select knives forever.
They should be available in your country too. They are great!

Check out zwilling.com , they have a great range of knives, in everyprice range.
