not particularly.

but he should not have to do time because he is a great skater?

maybe if ice was destroying your neighborhood, your friends lives, and people you are care about, you might have a different opinion about it?

sorry, but all this free hosoi crap gets to me sometimes.

reformation is the PRIMARY goal of incarceration. understanding that, why should he spend more time rotting away if he's willing to put forth the effort to stay on the right side of the law which, it seems, he is? jesus, he made a mistakem he paid his debt therefore he should be out.

It is my understanding that he wasn't the one cooking or dealing the speed, just muling it. Should he really be made to suffer excessivley because he had a substance addiction and had to work for his dealer? He went to jail and got cleaned up. Now let him out so he can make amends to some of those he's wronged.

Why is it that drug offences carry such heavy terms, yet murderers(as was mentioned above) often get away with a couple of years?

im not passing judgment, i love senor hosoi, but i think its cause drug dealers and such kill more in the long run. plus there is almost a garuntee that a drug thing is just going to keep going while a murder could be a one time thing. my dogs a murderer, she killed a bird once.
