I think that is normal as it happens to me as well. Asparagus is the worst for that. When taking a wiz after eating asparagus the smell wofting up makes me gag. I kind of avoid asparagus now. |

A lot of people have food allergies that don't exhibit traditional symptoms such as these.
Inflammation is a common food allergy symptom, not commonly recognized. Makes it near impossible to lose weight and keep it off.
That's the reason most diets don't work. Wanna lose weight? Find out your food allergies and avoid 'em. Cut out processed foods. Keep sugar intake to a minimum. Natural sugars are best. Also do a complete detox at least twice a year. There are environmental toxins that cause inflammation as well.
Gluten is a common food allergy. That's why you'll see 'Gluten free' food in health oriented stores.
This may sound like a silly question but how does one go about determining what food allergies they have without extensive trial and error? I'm not aware of any food allergies I may have, but like you siad, one can have these allergies and not really be aware of them. |

I have been an extensive study for years due to my strange allergies. Your body changes as you get older and sometimes reacts in odd or negative ways towards food, grasses, and smells. The only way to tell if you are allergic to something, is obviously to injest, smell, or touch it. When a reaction happens normally you would see a doc or hospital. Then you recieve treatment for that but need to follow up with whatever you might have come in contact with. Going to an allergist with this info will help decide if you have become allergic to something. It is trial and error in this field as our bodies are ever changing and sometimes it a one time deal. |

One way is trial and error. Or you could go see an allergist and get tested. |

I doubt anything is seriously wrong but I've heard of people having yeast allergies and not really knowing it. I feel a bit off as of late. I get a bloated feeling more often than not after eating. I tried enzyme supplements for a few months but that didn't seem to do anything.
I'm wondering if maybe I have a mild allergy to something. It's probably just my body saying no to anything processed, |
