| i managed to snag my buddies age old family Pho recipe, cant wait to try it.. but it makes like 2 gallons of soup!! yikes!! |

I used to eat Pho 3 times a week. No shit.
Ride my bike to work from Midwood all the way to Greenpoint. Get done with work, ride from Greenpoint across Williamsburg, over the Williamsburg Bridge onto Delancey, then cut down to Grand and have a big bowl of Pho at Pho Grand.

Viet food is great!
Go to my local at least 2-3 times a week for lunch. Generally I oder a Grilled Chicken Egg Noodle Soup (Dried) and extra veg and chilli. |

pho is best with LOTS of hoisin(poison) sauce...

| This thread made me drool. We've got an excellent Vietnamese place in town with a lunch buffet. One of my favorite activities is binge eating there...soooo good. Best egg & spring rolls I've ever tasted. |

| I live in Little Saigon... pho for me one or two times a week. I don't like the tendons, that's one viet thing I won't (knowingly) eat. And I am not too into fish sauce. Or fish balls. I've got a vietnamese girlfriend, I have to try to eat some crazy stuff sometimes. Most of it is good, but she did make me puke once. |
