| has anyone had any trouble getting home owners insurance after building their ramp? |

| well to answer my own question it depends on which state you live in. after doing a little googling I found that idaho has a statute that exempts homeowners from any liability when people recreate on their property. it was passed to incourage landowners to allow access for hunting fishing biking ext....but the statute also includes ....drum roll please...SKATEBOARDING!!!!!! yea!!!!!!!!! |
