name really says it all.
delish.
came from when I was in Bruno in the Czech republic and was at a restaurant that sold banana and cheese pizza.
best to use really ripe bananas. and best to use real cheese (not that plastic crap)
the sweetness of the banana combined with the saltiness of the cheese.

please elaborate:
what kind of bread, what kind of cheese? melt the cheese, toast the bread? Fry the banana? no other ingredients? |

I only use wholegrain bread.
cheese -tasty - like a cheddar.
one banana
that's all
butter both slices of bread on the "outside"
place bottom slice -butter down on sandwich press.
slice half banana and spread on bread.
slice cheese place on banana.
lay down second slice of bread butter up.
close sandwich press.
cook and wait till the cheese melts |

it's good.
remember cheese + butter for dairy
bread for grain
banana for fruit.
3 food groups in one hit. |
