just had a couple of rib steaks on the bbq. personally like rib eyes, rib steaks and t bones WAY more than a filet... thoughts ?...

I love BBQ (all kinds) but when the meat is as good as it is here, grilling it on the BBQ is king.
I like a nice 2" thick New York cut of Alberta AAA beef loin.
Rare please

Porterhouse...not big on the filets, but have had some buttery tender ones that tried to change my mind- but am also known to just want a straight sirloin. |
