just had a couple of rib steaks on the bbq. personally like rib eyes, rib steaks and t bones WAY more than a filet... thoughts ?...

I love BBQ (all kinds) but when the meat is as good as it is here, grilling it on the BBQ is king.

I like a nice 2" thick New York cut of Alberta AAA beef loin.

Porterhouse...not big on the filets, but have had some buttery tender ones that tried to change my mind- but am also known to just want a straight sirloin.
