ok so im fixing to make a huge batch of burger meat, got a couple of kilos of ground beef and was going to mix'em up and freeze'em afterwards.
what im thinking so far is
a beaten egg
chopped onion
sundried tomatoes
various spices
worchestershire sauce
red orange and yellow hot peppers
breadcrumbs....
anyone got any kicking shit I could add to this to take it a step further?

let me know what you dig in your burger mixes !

Ground beef, salt, pepper a sprinkle of garlic and a splash of worcestershire.
Served with swiss, bacon, red onion, tomato, lettuce and blue cheese..
best burger ever |

California Chili powder, konriko (for salt), ample garlic powder and the super duper cumin...
