Here is a raclette machine, I dont know if any of you have ever used or seen one of these but they kick ass !!!
There's a flat grill on the top and little trays where underneath you can melt various cheese on top of things,
Usually on a raclette for the dinner service you would have
- marinted chicken breast
- slices of steak
- shrimps
- veggies (mushrooms peppers potatoes onions)
-Garlic butter
-any sort of meat
- tons of cheese and bread
Heres are some pics of a raclette BREAKFAST
a little lesser know but 10 times as good !
we had
fresh fruits
toblerone chocolate
an egg mixture for making omlettes and/or french toast
a crepe mixture
bacon
ham
sausage
tons of cheeses
pure maple syrop
thinly sliced potatoes,
Anyways if you ever seen on of these machines (usually under a hundred bucks) there a real fun way to eat!
bacon-up that cheesed-up crepe sausage !!!

Pretty common thing in Europe.
Throwing bacon on the top is a nice way to smoke up the house and make it smell for days.
Looking good though. |
