I recently tried oatmeal for the first time in my life and although I never tried it before, I just knew that I hated it.
Unfortunately, I've discovered that I love it and now I'm pissed that I never even tried it.
I've done the same with onions and peppers... Now I love em (but only if they're fried ).
Anyone else deprive themselves of something they later discovered that they loved to eat (queue-up the homo references )? |

Mushrooms, all of them are great...
Oatmeal, a necessity, with milk, butter and jam or brown sugar.
Onions, either Spanish of Vidalia etc.
Spinach, loved it since I was a kid.
I think eating venison was one of the things I nibble on with some disgust and then went, "Where you been all my life baby!" |

Really?
I might have to try Sushi.
I love shellfish (Lobster, Crab, Shrimp, Clams, Mussels, etc.), but I dislike freshwater fish (Salmon, Tilapia, etc.). |

I would suggest trying the rolls 1st. It's what most people think of when referring to sushi.
A little dip in some soy sauce and let the flavors explode in your mouth...
Good stuff... |
