Was in Philly to see The Cro Mags wanted too check out the new crete. I've been to FDR at all kinds of weird times already and their has always been at least a couple guys skating. Pulled in their where no cars and no on skating no bike either. I saw a lot of huge rats coming in and out of the drainage pipes from I 95. Crawled up too see the Peanut which I heard rumors ( the peanut took a long time ,because things got side tracked by last winter , then fixing up Sean Millers ramp, Then the short lived Harrisburg spot) that it was finished. It looked pretty tight but smooth and is still missing coping.
when I turned too leave I noticed a homeless guy curled up and sleeping beside the Alligator in the Tea cup. Fdr is gnarly even when no one is skating> |
