So, like, I woke up at 8AM Saturday morning to attempt to attend and film my first actual downhill race.
...er...not "my first" in that I was racing, or had anything to do with the planning, but it's the first one I've attended, after wanting to do so since I was 13.

It's gonna take some time to sift through my movies of it, but the race got shut down by the cops in one of the early heats, and as I was following the caravan back to the meetup/registration spot so they could decide on a different hill, I found myself struggling to stay awake, and decided to go take a nap at my brother's house before work instead of wrapping my van around a tree and further delaying the race.
Apparently someone named Billy was the winner, but I don't have any more information than that... |

I've also learned that the race got booted from the second hill as well, and finished on a third.
