A wealth of info can be found in this sub forum. You best bet is to put a few solid hours in on reading the old posts and writing down notes. After the notes are written down, you can narrow you ?'s down to a more precise ? instead of being very vague. There are tons of different ways of applying graphics on decks, but I'd honestly look back in the forum and diligently take notes and give it the good old college try.

Be prepared to spend some $$$ and fail and continuously practice. Screen printing is a art form now and days due to all the transfers out there. Good Luck and also while viewing the posts, collect images for future reference...

I'm sure someone will cry noob but I got my start out just doing t-shirts with one of those beginners kits you'd get from almost any arts/crafts store. The Speedball one I got came with a screen, 4 different color inks, squegee, screen filler, emulsion, and a how-to booklet. Do that and you can take it to boards, same basic principle just different inks (but I must admit that the boards I print are 80's style mellow concave single kicks).

Same here, you learn it by doing it. Just get a starter kit from a hobby store, and follow the instructions. You'll get used of everything from there. Oh, and get a decent squeege- the one they give you in the kit is a joke.

And don't tackle your big project first. Work your way up, it's just like skating.

i learnt with very little direction.

got a job as a screenprinter. boss sort of pointed me in the right direction and then he would rarely show up to work.

lot of trial and error.
