The Mini Hensley Vista board...pointed nose rounded tail. Then I went for all pointy noses - seemed to want to flip and turn (No Complies, Step-Hops, etc). The pole spin was a great ride too.
I think the somewhat flatter footbally boards were my favs though. Not enormous noses. |

Any of the Santa Cruz shapes with the diamond shaped tail...the Salba Voodoo had a killer tail, etc. The Fred Smith "loud One" had a killer shape with an absolutely amazing tail!!! Vision Grigleys were awesome and fun to ride. I really likes the shape on the Veteran's Divison Spider/skull...if that had more concave and a steeper tail...it would have been one of the best decks I've ever riddedn. |

To look at: The Andrecht stinger
To ride: Any of those 91/92 shapes
The Red Cross Olson stinger is probably as near to a hybrid of the above two you're gonna get. |

dogtown aaron murray.
crazy, still functional (dude in my town had one in '88; SO envious because it was a wood grain and the local shop stopped ordering Dogtowns due to low sales).

Zorlac Gibson.
Every custom I've done from F13, Five Points, or Sierra is a bastard child of this board. |
