Hi all,
I'm Stefan. I registered yesterday and just want to say HELLO to the S&B community.
Some lines about me. I'm from Germany and I collect SCS decks for almost 10 years. My "golden era of skateboarding" was in the mid/end of the 80's and SCS was (and still is) my favorite brand. There are different and many reasons. One of them were the graphics but at that time I didn't know the artist behind it. Time passed and at the beginning of the 90's I decided to quit skating.
A few years back the internet helped a little bit to find out that Jim Phillips is the artist behind all the classic, countless and unique artworks/skate graphics for SCS. I would say that he brought me back to skateboarding. From that point I started to collect SCS decks and some other stuff from the era of "Wheels Of Fire" and "Streets On Fire".
It's a pleasure to meet other collectors and it's always impressive to see that so many decks from the 80's are still in mint condition. Unbelievable!
Maybe some of you saw my SCS collection on flickr already. If not and you are interested here's the link:

I would say that I have a small collection but it grows from time to time. A permanent construction site.
Regards
Stefan |

Thank you! Well, I'm ready to trade (not sell) the black one if you have a SCS deck in the same mint condition.
By the way, there's a Lucero Cross (still in shrink wrap) on ebay. Have you seen it? |

Is it the black stain one for about $450? |
