So fucking awesome to hear Hawk explain the layout like it was yesterday (gave me chills). Reminds me of stories of people who lose a leg or an arm and them saying they can still feel the sensation of their fingers or toes.
Can't believe that was buried in dirt for all this time!

| I like how it's mentioned that if some bureaucrat declares some old POS building a historical landmark it can't be touched but unique literally one of a kind concrete structures such Del Mar and the Bro Bowl etc get torn out and destroyed without an afterthought. Another reason the US government sucks |

curious to see what will happen next??
either we're going the way of becoming the archeologists of the 21st century, digging out artefacts from 20th century's pop culture, OR we're going to finish off the work of 1987 - destroy what's old…
anyone knows what happened to the Del Mar pool back in 1987? covered in dirt or bulldozed?? (if they dig THAT out, I'm on a plane to California…) |
