Making some today, thinking of going half sour cream and onion and half mayo mix, maybe add some apple chunks.
All we have to eat here is potatoes so any new ways to salad it are welcome. |

Maybe German style- with an oil/vinegar based dressing and a little celery and egg and bacon if you have it (bacon makes almost anything taste better) |

Apple Chunks and throw in some pineapple, carrots? Filipino style - think they put sliced cheese in there too.
Or like my grandma...shrimp - hell she probably used canned shrimp too. It was great until we knew better. |

Local deli makes stuffed baked potato salad.
Adds Bacon, cheese, them green onion bits and sour cream.

Hard boiled eggs are a must. I prefer to use (and yes, I'm aware of the blasphemy) Miracle Whip for potato salad rather than mayonnaise. I like to throw some deviled eggs on top too. |

I use Tesco mayo (30c a jar) and lemon juice. |
