Why can't I get into my messages inbox?

It seems I can only get into my inbox at random times, anyone know why that may be?

There is a thread in hot discussions to ask such questions.

1) You have to be logged in.

2) If you are logged in, wait 5 mins as that database server may be rebooting or B) your computer needs a reboot.
