| okay, checked my system updated java, updated firefox9 tried opera and chrom, all nothing, with windows xp I see no chance to communicate on aos |

try switching internet browser programs until you get it to work...
I tired firefox and chrome, both did not work... I got IE9 to work for me...it does give you a confirmation message once it does work. Hope that does help... |

| thanks, but the problem is that I am working with windows xp and there the highest IE upgrade is IE8, that means that all members with xp cannot communicate cause the captcha tool implementation seems to be wrong |
