Anyone have a favorite way to prepare their butt can chicken????

I like to use garlic, butt wiper beer, season all (or some generic rub).

What do you guys use?

i cut the top off the can, usually about half full, fill can with whatever spices im in the mood for and garlic cloves...then grill. usually use a lager...i think id like to try a hefe next time i do one.

use said mix of dry spice mix on outside of chicken as a rub...

its nothing special but it always turns out pretty on point for me.

this actually sounds like a good idea for the weekend! i havent done one in quite a while.

I put a generous rub of Slap Yo Mama seasoning and honey, I add this throughout the cooking process....It makes a nice crust around the bird.

I put carlic cloves and onion chunks in my beer and that is it.
