anything better about rainskates than alligators? What durometer? Do they make below 78?
Also, the thread on oj III's sounded like they might be a good choice. Oj's make a 78 too right?
Perhaps I should look for a 76. |

not at all. theyre my cruiser wheels for getting around in brooklyn and manhattan. he was asking for "jelly soft for rough terrain" and thats what these are good for. |

I was going for more of a period look that cruiser stylee... if I was just going smoothest ride possible I'd prolly go with the OJIII Hot Juice route
just not nearly as fast as the rainskates suggested |

so you've ridden ojIII's? what about surf one ?
i'm currently riding some 78a 70mm surf one 5 stars and they are fast. i switched them out with a set of bullets for something smaller and they were too slow. night/ day difference.
i wonder if they ride the same/similar or not. (ojIII's vs. rainskates) Also, I noticed the softests ones are 85a's. i need something softer.
what about tunnel wheels? they come in 75a durometer. are they fast? |

dunno about tunnels or the surf ones... you'd be surprised how well those 85a ride actually... lots of grip, plenty of squish yet will still slide when you ask them too
the hot juice... plenty of squish but that's it |
