| Im not a chef but I love cooking. Amongst my mates, we all seem to have a dish that we nail every time. Mine is Paleek Paneer but I also earn some honourable mentions with a few Thai and Chinese dishes after living in both countries for a few years. My good mate can cook a killer chilli crab...and my kiwi mate cooks a Hungi(not sure of spelling, but it is a pig buried in the ground and cooked) every time we meet up. Lets hear some of the dishes and recipes if you care to share of dishes that you have mastered |

shouldn't this be in skarfing material!!!
i have a few dishes that i love cooking over & over...
preheat a griddle pad until super hot.
roll a piece of eye fillet in a combination of mixed dried herbs, garlic granules, salt, pepper and chilli flakes, cover in extra virgin olive oil then throw on griddle.
sear for about 3-4 minutes a side(this is for rare). let it rest for 5-10 minutes.
slice the fillet thickly and eat.
just enough chilli mouth tingle, plenty of herby flavours & not enough garlic breath to lose you a kiss! |

Because I have a Canadian wife, I know what you mean but down under here in Australia, these are cheerios, little sausages, sometimes referred to as little boys and a staple at any decent kids party.
