Because a bottle has to be "packaged" (in a bag/sack/box) before it can leave the store.
Obviously the sight of a "naked" booze bottle is enough to cause widespread panic & pandemonium....the quick thinking folks at the TABC (Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission) nipped that in the bud. Thank you TABC! |
