Hard Hat Printing Question

I have idea for some custom hard hats . Similiar to the sport related hardhats sold at Homedepot,Whitecap and through catalogs.

I was wondering what is the process of getting the image or artwork transfered to the hard hat.

Any feedback welcomed.
